RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery if nobody over the age of 18 is home at the scheduled time. Service for items will only be at original delivery address and to the customer as named above. Payment must be cleared before merchandise can be released. Customer has 24 hours to claim any visible damages or missing parts after delivery or pick-up. Returm required with all packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Close out and floor models are sold as-is, therfore there are no refunds or exchanges on these items. We cannot exchange or provide refunds if merchandise doesn't fit in the customer's home, due to space or structural limitations of the house. In delivery or pick-up situations, absolutely no cancellations on any special orders, online orders, or layaways. Uphosltery and fabrics are not guaranteed for wearing quaity, color fastness, or fabric shrinkage.
We carefully inspect each item of your order prior to shipment or delivery. UR Home Furniture wants you to receive a great product, just as you intended. However, we do encourage you to inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage.
